Typical workflow:
You and your BuilderServe Account Manager will first agree on your billing approach, customer interactions, and other business preferences. At that point, the tasks you need to perform to keep your business running are minimized:
- Your Account Manager will confirm certain charges and entries with you, as needed.
- Instead of you entering hours, receipts and other info into software, BuilderServe does it all for you and presents the results for your approval.
- You approve all bills to be paid, your payroll, estimates and contracts, tax obligations, and move your money as you wish.
- BuilderServe follows your instructions regarding finances, customer communications, and other tasks to keep your business running smoothly.
- Your daily and weekly communications with your Account Manager will keep you and BuilderServe up to date and informed.
- As other needs arise (engineering, legal, bonding, taxes, project advice, conflicts, etc), BuilderServe will assist you to handle them smoothly.
